As part of Millboard’s growth strategy, the company engaged a Freeman Clarke IT leader to provide vision, strategy, and proactive leadership for its digital transformation pillar, including SAP improvements, process changes, and to address underlying reliability and cybersecurity concerns.
Dave Martin, from Freeman Clarke’s West Midlands team, has taken an active, hands-on leadership role in helping to improve almost every area of Millboard’s business.
