The St Monica Trust is a charity founded by the Wills family in 1925. We bring together all the skills we’ve developed over the last 90 years with a real passion for what we do.

Caring for and about people. It’s at the heart of everything we do. That’s what makes our service so exceptional. Our specialist care extends beyond our four care homes, to providing support for people living in their own homes and specialist dementia daycare.

“Kev worked with us at St Monica Trust for two years. He was instrumental in helping the Trust recognize how its business practices could be greatly enhanced by digitalization. He worked with us to understand our requirements, prioritize our scope, and create a technology strategy that would ensure we were maximizing the business benefits of data assets and technology-focused initiatives. The compelling case made by the strategy enabled us to gain the confidence for investment and approval for a transformation program to commence in 2020.

This is all well within the expectations of what we paid for, but where I personally appreciated Kev’s input was when we hit the immovable challenge of COVID-19. This is when he demonstrated his personal and professional investment in us as customers, helping navigate a new approach to the program that understood that we needed to concentrate on our residents’ safety in the epidemic but also keeping us focused on maintaining the forward movement of the Transformation program. Despite the challenges, we are well on our way to achieving our goals, so thank you, Kev.”
