Laura Lawrence has built over 12 months, a strong Program Board with a portfolio of projects that are aligned to the strategic vision, rooted in concrete outcomes and are closely aligned for delivering inter-dependencies. She has also supported the delivery of projects, specifically the new proposition, a hybrid advice solution, consumer duty, and compliance technology. She has additionally brought in new talent to stabilize the IT team.
