Systems integration is a key part of any successful business, but systems are more than just IT. Systems are the combination of people, processes, and technology, and all these need to be integrated. The aim of an integration project or ERP implementation is streamlined operations and customer service, great margins, and good access to management information. We have recorded a series of discussions about ERP.
