Mike Sturrock joined Areen’s executive team and immediately got to grips with both the fundamentals of running complex bespoke systems as well as developing a roadmap that aligned with the aspirations of the business. He implemented modern, cloud-based capabilities, delivering a much-enhanced level of integration with clients, including better visibility of project progress and supporting rich collaboration as designs developed. Security was also a key requirement, and the demands of the modern cyber environment were met, along with reducing annual costs by 25%.
