CNX Therapeutics was bought by a private equity firm from a larger pharmaceutical company with ambitious growth plans. But to realise these plans, they had a pressing need to modernise their technology.

CNX contacted Freeman Clarke for assistance and met with Mike Sturrock. His breadth of experience, thoroughness, calm approach, and attention to detail, were immediately apparent, and CNX engaged him to initially conduct a review of the current situation and to recommend a course of action. The review was completed in short order and the recommendations were clear and compelling.

Mike then led CNX through the selection of a vendor to deliver on their complex supply chain requirements, whilst also running a process to select a more professional Managed Services Provider.
