Who are the team that support you?
Graeme is responsible for our marketing and sales strategies, oversees our marketing team, and coaches and leads our Regional Directors. His aim is to ensure we build our community of clients and partners, engage with opportunities, and maximise the growth of the business.
Steve leads the operational and people side of the business which includes recruitment and selection, ensuring we only get the best of the best. In addition, Steve leads the continuous professional development program for all our Principals so our clients get IT Leaders at the top of their game.
Gemma is responsible for the development and delivery of our multi-channel marketing strategy to create awareness and business development. Gemma works with the Regional Directors to drive regional growth through various activities and is supported by a strong marketing team.
Julian is responsible for all talent activities, he identifies top talent and then works with the Regional Directors to screen and interview. He manages our Continual Professional Development of both Regional Directors and Principals and is responsible for the HR function within the Central Team.
Katy is responsible for all financial management and reporting. She works with Principals and our Clients to ensure billing and payment operations run smoothly.
