The Wilkes Partnership is an award-winning, full-service law firm that provides leading-edge legal support in commercial, M&A, corporate finance, employment, real estate planning and property litigation, commercial litigation, commercial recovery, and insolvency services.

The Wilkes Partnership approached Freeman Clarke, as they recognized the need for better use of technology to help deliver business objectives. In May 2019, a Principal was engaged to help lead the firm’s IT team, stabilize the IT service, and help improve business efficiency through technology. She has provided coaching for the in-house IT team, improving operational processes and IT service, transforming it from reactive to a proactive one.
Following a full IT risk assessment, the Principal developed an IT Strategic roadmap combining business priorities along with the IT improvement priorities. This is now enabling business improvements through the direction and focus of IT investment. The firm is accelerating business improvement initiatives, leveraging existing and new systems, supported by her experience in managing business transformation projects.
“Our Freeman Clarke Principal has demonstrated how important it is to have proper support in the IT team, particularly with upcoming projects.” —Andrew Wadsworth, Finance Director
