Experience & expertise

Tim has successfully held senior IT leadership and director roles in many organisations ranging from FTSE100 through to start-ups, covering the logistics, postal, publishing, insurance and retail sectors. Tim has significant experience in setting up and managing projects for success, managing business requirements and creating solutions across processes, people and IT. Notably this has centred around ERP solutions, as a key enabler to many businesses. Coupled with abilities to define strategic roadmaps and leading successful teams, Tim joined Freeman Clarke to draw on this experience to help clients drive value from technology.

In recent years Tim has dedicated more time to managing cyber issues, risk management and business continuity. Reflecting the importance of this to all organisations, Tim has formalised his skills and experience in this space by becoming a CCISO (Certified Chief Information Security Officer) and is an area that he is very passionate about.

He enjoys building strong relationships enabling him to provide proactive and personal advice and guidance.
