Mohan has over 30 years of experience across all major IT disciplines and has held positions ranging from CIO, Digital Transformation Lead, Business System VP, IT Consulting Partner & Director of IT Risk Management.
His experience spans Not-for-profit organisations through to top FTSE 100 companies across Consumer Healthcare, Life Sciences, Biotech, Technology, Animal Welfare, and Energy.
Background & approach
Mohan focusses on accelerating business value and delivery of strategic objectives by creating and aligning the technology strategy, the IT operating model and the transformation programme to ensure successful execution and subsequent benefits realisation.
He has implemented a wide range of business solutions including ERP, CRM, Data Platform, HR & Payroll, UCaaS/CCaaS technologies. Mohan is Board member and Trustee of a Children’s charity, and has been a School Governor and Vice Chair for over 20 years. He is a trained Lean Sigma Black Belt, and holds a degree in Computer Science and Statistics and an MBA
