Mohan Gharial joined Freeman Clarke in 2019 having previously held senior IT leadership positions in large organisations primarily in the Healthcare, Life Sciences and IT sectors, including GlaxoSmithKline, Abcam, Roche and Wipro. He brings over 30 years of experience, covering IT transformation, IT and Business programme management and service delivery.
He has a proven track record in defining and successfully delivering IT strategies to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiencies. Mohan has led large global teams, defining and implementing IT operating models and delivering culturally sensitive and sustainable organisational transformations.
Having also worked for a large global systems integrator and service provider, he has particular expertise in driving the best value from outsourcing and offshoring engagements. Outside of work, Mohan is Vice-Chair of a secondary Academy school, a Scout leader and a trustee of a national charity for children with disabilities.
