With significant achievements across a range of Industry sectors, he has particular strengths in making technology the advantage for a business, by driving change, delivering on an architecture that enables rapid and agile response to business opportunities.

Background & approach

In the Financial services sector he has detailed knowledge of the Retail Banking and Insurance sectors in terms of core business processes, digital, transformation and customer insight initiatives, working with Organisations such as HSBC, Visa, Lloyds, Nationwide, Lloyds of London. In the Telecommunications and Media sector he has detailed knowledge of the focus on Customer Experience and monetising data and content, working with Organisations such as O2, Vodafone, EE and BT, the BBC and The FA.

He is able to ‘hit the ground, running’, developing or refreshing strategy, aligning I.T to the Business, driving new innovative programmes,– ultimately to ensure that Business value is realised and helping it grow.
