CIO who started as a FORTRAN developer in 1991. Now with 20 years’ banking technology experience, 5 years in manufacturing and life sciences technology, 9 years as CIO of a FTSE 250 company.
Experience includes HSBC, Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan, ABN AMRO, RBS, Barclays, SmithKline Beecham, and Corning Glass.
Co-founder and CEO of an IT Services company, MCL, all of whose profits fund the neuro-inclusive employment charity, Propel.

Background & approach

At various points held most positions in IT: Developer, Testing Manager, Project Manager, Dev Manager, Consultant, Banking IT Managing Director and CIO.
Published (Academic papers) in “Using AI to increase diversity in technology careers” and “Cyber security”.
