Experience & expertise

Jim joined Freeman Clark after working with SME’s over the past seven years in interim CTO, CIO and CEO roles helping them define and execute their business and technology strategies to meet their company objectives.

Background & approach

Prior to that Jim worked in senior IT Director and Board roles for leading national and international companies in Europe and the USA. These roles involved responsibility for digital transformation, legacy system modernisation, application and infrastructure consolidation and project office leadership. He has led several software companies in the development of new products and built high calibre teams to accelerate delivery to market. Having started his career in business Jim has always focussed on ensuring that technology, and technology teams, are aligned with the goals of the business to drive revenue and profit.
