Background & approach

A passionate, strategically minded and commercially aware technology leader, James has enabled businesses to adapt and grow by developing and delivering on technology strategies that align with their overarching vision (e.g. pivoting from non-technical to SaaS-enabled, and advising on technical architecture and people capabilities to ensure continued growth). James has been at the forefront of technology and business, from founding his own software consultancy and brokering a joint venture with a PE backed partner to enabling technology change in fast-paced corporate environments.

James seeks to drive a culture of innovation and uses agile methods to drive both stakeholder and customer value. He is certified Carbon Literate and passionate about using his technology leadership platform to make a difference in the world.
