Experience & expertise

Gareth joined the North West region at Freeman Clarke in 2021 bringing with him over 12 years IT leadership experience delivering large scale systems, e-commerce and infrastructure projects. Holding a number of IT Director positions in B2B and B2C businesses with manufacturing and complex supply chains. Gareth has experience in both family owned and private equity businesses. Throughout his career, he has been heavily involved in mergers and acquisitions in highly acquisitive businesses.

He has proven experience in building and scaling lean, but significant technology teams within all disciplines of IT.

Background & approach

His analytical approach and technical abilities have seen him deliver pioneering Tier 1 systems in more traditional businesses enabling them to have a competitive edge.

Gareth has created and implemented several IT strategies to underpin growth, whilst being a disruptor within the industry. As a result, has won awards for his ERP implementations and approach to change management within organisations. His success is complemented by his approachable, inclusive and honest leadership style.
