Following a military career in the Royal Airforce, Dylan has worked in several areas of technology, including ecommerce, service delivery, infrastructure, and security. He has also sat on company Boards and understands the complex and conflicting challenges business leaders must juggle. His varied career has allowed him to work with some of the UK’s leading brands through times of change, assisting with acquisitions, divestments and IPOs.

Instrumental in growing a number of UK businesses into international successes in three continents and over multiple offices, Dylan’s experience has afforded him success in organisations such as John Laing Investments PLC, Equion Facilities management, Moore Stephens LLP and Sir Robert McAlpine.
