Don is an accomplished IT leader, specialising in aligning technology to business strategies, delivering future growth, capability, and performance. He has worked with multiple CEOs and executive leadership teams, including board-level engagements, and has a track record of over 20 years leading engineering and operational IT teams. His portfolio has focused on global financial services brands such as S&P Global, IHS Markit, Barclays and Merrill Lynch.

Don has consistently delivered value leading numerous $MM transformational programmes that have required complex restructuring and cost efficiency initiatives.
He has been described, by others, as customer focused, enthusiastic, innovative, dynamic, and commercially minded global IT leader. His strength is in people and talent management, upskilling and creating high-performing IT teams with great success.
Don holds a BSc (Honours) in Computer Science from Rhodes University, South Africa.
