Scalability

Due diligence

IT and technology due diligence in mid-market deals is too often an overly simplified box-ticking exercise. This approach supplies limited value and lacks commercial insight (and is often hugely over-priced!).

The basics need to be carefully checked. But in the mid-market, expectations need to be realistic. And, most importantly, value-focussed buyers need more than just an endless list of risks — they need insight into future opportunities.
