Gemma uses her 25 years of experience in the military, elite sports and business to help organisations raise their game in the areas of leadership, performance, resilience and what it takes to build a high-performing team. She is also a speaker, leadership coach and a published writer who loves to challenge conventional thinking and empower others to lead authentically. Her career began as an Army Officer and was the first woman to be awarded the Carmen Sword from HRH Princess Royal. She is a former International Athlete and Welsh Captain, gaining 85 Caps and ranked the ‘Most Valuable Player in Europe’ at the 1997 Games.
