Jane Gilmour
Associate Director | Forvis Mazars
Jane is the national lead for National Minimum Wage (NMW) and supports employers with their NMW compliance strategies and wider reward offerings, including pension salary sacrifice implementation. Prior to joining Forvis Mazars in 2022, Jane spent over 25 years working across HMRC in personal tax, customs and NMW before and then spent four years with a big 4 advisor, specialising in NMW support and guidance, across a wide variety of FTSE100 and FTSE250 companies. Jane has extensive, specialist NMW knowledge to advise and support employers through the technical NMW regulations and legislation and help businesses with their NMW strategy to assure on-going compliance.

Jack Darwin
Assistant Manager | Forvis Mazars
Jack works in the employment taxes team and supports clients with cost reduction and compliance, benefits in kind reporting, and various other reward offerings. Jack joined Forvis Mazars as a school leaver 6 years ago, gaining experience in both personal tax and employment tax and has supported clients of various size, including SME and large and listed businesses. Jack is a fully qualified chartered tax advisor and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (“CIOT”), and Association of Taxation Technicians (“ATT”).
