Arun is a senior IT leader within Freeman Clarke’s Western Home Counties team, working with mid-market businesses to deliver strategic technology change. He brings extensive UK and international experience in IT and digital transformation, with a focus on risk management, legacy modernisation, and data-driven decision-making. Arun specialises in bridging the gap between business and IT, helping organisations align technology with their growth and regulatory priorities.

Graeme Freeman

Co-founder, Freeman Clarke
A business owner’s perspective on resilience, business continuity, and board-level responsibility.

Graeme co-founded Freeman Clarke in 2012 having run IT services businesses, built commercial software products, and been a corporate CIO and non-executive director. Graeme works closely with our US CEO on our US expansion; he develops and leads our strategic partnerships, and he inputs extensively to our written and AV content which is core to our marketing strategy.

John Warchus

John is a specialist in commercial and technology law with over 25 years’ experience advising clients across the TMT sector – from tech start-ups to global brands and public sector bodies. John is also President of The IT and IP Law Group Europe, supporting international clients on cross-border legal matters.
