Are you running your business or is it running you?

East Midlands Business Growth Event

This session is for entrepreneurial leaders of businesses with between 10 and 250 people who want more, feeling that the business is running them rather than the other way around. It might be a lack of direction, it might be the leadership team isn’t right, it might be there is no growth and revenues are flat, that profit isn’t enough and it might be that it feels that business has turned into juggling plates.

Don’t let the business run you!

What will be covered?

Certified EOS Implementer, Alice Jordan, will show you how you can run a better business – executing better and growing faster and help you to:

  • Get the leadership team on the same page with where the business is going and how to get there
  • Become more disciplined, accountable in your execution of the vision
  • Build a healthy, functional, cohesive leadership team

At the conclusion of this workshop, you will walk away with a set of simple practical tools that you and your leadership team can use immediately to focus on priorities, get clear on issues and gain traction together as a healthier, functional and cohesive team.

This will be an informal and interactive session hosted on Zoom Meetings.

Alice Jordan – Certified EOS Implementer ®

Having spent the first 20 years of her career in senior people roles in corporate organisations, Alice developed a deep understanding of the people levers to generate productivity and how to build strong leadership teams. She also learnt about internal politics and death by power point presentations. Having always envisaged leaving that world, she took that leap in 2008.

Enjoying the freedom, she set up her own business, helping leaders of businesses with between 10 and 250 employees to achieve outstanding people performance. Alice believes that 80% of a business’ challenges relate to people. Alice has been described as having an uncanny knack for entering the danger zone, getting the “unspoken” into the room with care and compassion. She believes this is a key reason why business leaders engage her to help them achieve RESULTS.
