Exigent needed an experienced technology leader to look after both internal colleague-facing IT systems, as well as help to bring out the best in the teams developing their client-facing technology solutions.

When Covid-19 hit, Steve was asked to lead one of Exigent’s four ‘Plan Ahead Teams’, tasked with driving initiatives that supported key strategic objectives of speed to revenue, client retention, maintaining colleague productivity in the new dynamic working environment and helping reimagine support functions. He subsequently took on the programme management role for the overall initiative.
