Recruitment and Human Capital businesses vary widely but often have similar challenges and opportunities. In many cases they serve corporate clients with specific and demanding procurement rules. They may provide outsource services with complex process, system and integration challenges. They may have large numbers of subcontract or freelance staff which creates its own management issues.

Security and confidentiality is often a pervasive risk and it must be addressed in a commercial and sensible way.
